BEFORE AND AFTERCARE COSTS
Early Learning
Elementary School
3 year olds must demonstrate toilet mastery by August 5, 2026.
VPK must be at least 48 months on or before September 1, 2026.
Payment Outline
Collage Day School uses FACTS Management as our only form of accepting monthly tuition payments. There are two payment options available: major credit cards or auto drafts from your bank or credit union.
- Early Learning Community payments are scheduled on the 1st of the current month
- Elementary School tuition payments are scheduled on the 1st of the previous month
- Extended Care & Optional costs to be paid on the 1st of the month
Monthly tuition is based on ANNUAL cost of the educational program, based on actual days open for the school calendar year. The annual cost is based on 12-months for Early Learning and 180-Instructional Days for Elementary School.
Additional costs include textbooks & uniforms (required) for 3 years up.
Optional Child Care
Optional Care Days and Teacher Planning Days are non-instructional days for Early Learning. On select days when Early Learning is closed, families may opt into childcare programming, offered from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The cost is $50 per day, plus any applicable event admission fees. Sign-up opportunities will be shared throughout the school year—please refer to the school calendar for details.
Childcare on these days is included for children enrolled in the Early Learning Community (3–36 months).
Drop-in care is available at $50 per day with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
