All families are strongly encouraged to apply for a scholarship from Step Up for Students. These scholarships on average will cover nearly $8,000 worth of family tuition expenses per child each year. Families currently receiving SUFS scholarships are required to annually re-enroll in the program.
Collage Day School does not want the cost of attendance preventing families from applying and enrolling. If additional assistance is needed, please apply for additional financial aid through FACTS Grant & Aide. This application will require you to provide financial documentation and any financial assistance is not guaranteed.
The Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) gives families of PK3-12 students a choice of financial assistance toward private school tuition and fees, tutoring, and additional costs. Children with one of 23 diagnoses including, but not limited to emotional, behavioral or intellectual disabilities are eligible to apply.
Please note that our school accommodates students with disabilities in accordance with federal and local law. However, your child may not receive the types of accommodations or related services that your child maybe be entitled to receive at a public school as public schools have different obligations under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The IDEA does not apply to private schools.
We are happy to have a conversation with you about the accommodations that your child may need and receive at our school.
The Florida Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Education Program is a state-funded program that provides free prekindergarten for all 4-year-olds who live in Florida, regardless of family income. The goal is to prepare children for kindergarten and build a strong foundation for future learning through hands-on, age-appropriate experiences.
Families who wish to participate in the Traditional VPK option at Collage Day School must obtain a VPK voucher through the state.
Please note: the VPK voucher cannot be applied to the Collage Primary Prep program, which is a private, gifted-style early learning track designed for students who are academically advanced.
