The faculty at Collage Day School includes certified lead teachers and assistant teachers who thrive in our friendly and professional school climate. Each member of the faculty and staff works to foster a peaceful and productive work environment for our students.
Imagine being part of a school where the creativity of the teacher is central to the curriculum. Teachers are encouraged to bring subject matter to students in a way that is engaging and appropriate for the developmental stage of each student. Instead of following a scripted lesson plan developed by someone else, you will be able to use experiences, discussion and other activities to help students discover concepts.

In accordance with Section 1002.421(1)(h), all of our Upper School Administrators and Instructional staff have one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject
- Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching experience
- Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in subjects taught
