Niki Theiler, M.A., LMHC

Director of Support and Intervention

Nicole earned her M.A. in counseling and holds a B.A. in psychology. She is currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, and she has twelve years of experience working with children. For five years, she served as a special education teacher, providing both academic instruction and behavioral support for children with varying disabilities.  After transitioning out of the classroom, she worked as a therapist providing support for children in both private and public school settings. 

Nicole partners with families by providing parent training, IEP consultation, and

school support staff. She fosters positive relationships between teachers and students in order to create a more cohesive and nurturing learning environment.


Her twin boys attend Collage Day School, and she loves watching them grow on campus.
