Collage Expands with Programs for Parents

October 04, 2017
We are excited to offer two new programs that focus on health and wellness of adults. Our goal is to make it easy for you to pamper yourselves after you drop off your child or before picking up your child. Adults from the community, as well as our own Collage parents, may participate.

CrossBarre Cardio Sculpt

This program is a barefoot cardio and Pilates blend that is designed to accommodate all skill levels. Free classes are held each Thursday, 9 – 10 a.m. Depending on interest, an after-school class may be added as well.
The program is open to the general community, in addition to the Collage family. This is a great way to connect with an amazing group of ladies who have created a strong support network and make healthy lifestyle choices a top priority. All you need to do is register and bring mat, towel and water.
To register each week’s class at Collage, go to CrossBarre , click on Register and filter by location – At Collage Day School Auditorium.

Adult Yoga

Erika Kim is now leading free adult yoga on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. Erika originally taught power yoga, certified through the Yoga Alliance. She has now completed 100+ hours of advanced and therapeutic yoga instructor training, including international instruction. She shares her practice through a well-rounded mix of athletic vinyasa flow and slower, more mindful sequencing. With a background in and passion for fitness and wellness, Erika supports communities in their holistic health by bringing yoga outside of the traditional studio setting and into local businesses, private homes and places of work.

Childcare Available

We are able to offer childcare for both of these programs as well. Just RSVP to info@collagedayschool.org by the day before each class is held. Please state the age of the child needing care. Cost is $5/child.

Additional Classes

Parents, if you have alternative days/times that you would like to see these classes offered, please email info@collagedayschool.org.
