Early Learner and Infants

  • Admissions Process

Families who are interested in applying to our program should begin the process as early as possible. There is no application deadline, as these programs enroll yearround whenever a space becomes available.

    STEP 1: INQUIRE & VISIT

We invite you to tour our campus or attend our annual Open House so that you will have a personal connection to Collage’s teachers, curriculum and learning environment. We often find that your experience on a tour will help tell our story better than any other form of communication. During your initial visit, our Director of Admissions will talk with you about your child and your expectations. This informal discussion allows us to understand more about your family, your own educational philosophies and your child’s needs, unique abilities, and personality. You can schedule a tour online, or call our office for assistance.

Please note that all prospective families are required to tour our campus prior to applying. Exceptions are only made for families relocating from outside of Northern Florida

    STEP 2: APPLY

Once you have decided that Collage is a good fit for your family, our being able to offer you a space depends upon our current availability and your preferred start date. Our Infant programs are typically full and we maintain a waiting list. Enrollment priority is given to currently enrolled families seeking placement for another child.

We require a $100 Application Fee for your child to be placed on our Infant Waiting List.

    STEP 3: ENROLL

We will reach out to you when a space becomes available and you are next on our Waiting List. If you choose to accept placement, you will be required to pay both a Registration Fee and a Final Balance Deposit (one month’s tuition) to secure the space. We will schedule a paperwork appointment with you at school and provide you with an enrollment packet to take home.

    STEP 4: FIRST DAY

Before your child’s first day of school, you will need to have returned the completed enrollment packet. We recommend you visit the classroom with your child and meet our infant teaching team prior to your child’s first day.

    Tuition and Fees

Tuition is due on the first of the month, in advance of attendance. Family discount of 10% for the lesser tuition of children enrolled in full 5-day programs. Please refer to the Admission Agreement and Parent Handbook for additional details regarding tuition policies.
