Weekly Newsletter Mar 22, 2021

We are looking forward to welcoming all of our students back on Monday to begin the fourth quarter of the 2020-2021 school year. What a memorable year we have had at Collage Day School as we strive to navigate this period of time together. The last quarter will pass quickly, and we will continue to keep you aware of important events.

We are pleased to announce the Collage Day School Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is officially a non-profit. This allows for the PAC to accept donations that are 100% tax-deductible. In addition, PAC can now continue planning events such as our first golf tournament. We want to say a special “Thank You” to Pamela Bomba and Pivot CPAs for their assistance in transitioning PAC to a non-profit. We are appreciative of your time and generosity. Currently, PAC is accepting donations to transition the cafeteria to a space devoted to Project-Based Learning for prekindergarten through elementary by adding enhancements such as a computer lab to teach coding and additional smartboards. PAC is also looking to build an outdoor pavilion located by the butterfly garden where all students can receive art instruction and eat outdoors. Please contact clark@collagedayschool.org if you wish to donate to any of these projects.

Summer Programming Enrollment is officially underway, and we are delighted to offer additional opportunities for elementary students. Camp Collage has added an Art Camp instructed by Mrs. Ti, our Art Specialist, Yoga Camp from Mrs. Gabi, Dance Camp from Mrs. Anna, and Sports Camp offered by Coach Angela. Each of these specialists will host their specific camp and infuse students with all-day instruction in a setting that fosters creativity. Please click here for more information and to enroll.

As a reminder, Early Learning Community Students follow a 12-month calendar, with the last day being July 30th. Please complete this survey for each of your students enrolled in Snowy Owlets, Bay Owls, and Barn Owls by March 30th to assist with summer schedules.
