Weekly Newsletter Week of Feb 15, 2021 Upcoming Spirit Weeks
This week our preschool through elementary students will take part in the Kids Heart Challenge. We are thankful for the support received from families and the community. Remember to dress in Super Hero attire on Wednesday (all students)!
March will be a busy and fun month at Collage Day School. We kick off the first week in March with Dr. Seuss Week! Each day, our students can dress for a different theme, and we look forward to having our third graders through fifth graders read to our younger students. Please see below and the graphic for more information.
We are holding “Virtual Open Houses” and information sessions on Tuesday, March 9th for preschool through prekindergarten and Wednesday, March 10th for elementary. Both sessions will occur at 10:00 am. Help us spread the word and invite your friends. Current families are welcome to attend to learn more about next year’s programming.
On Thursday, March 11th, our Transitional Kindergarten through Fourth Graders will experience a “Discovery Day” as they get the chance to visit next year’s classroom. We will end the visit with an ice cream treat! More information to follow from Dr. Mortimer.

March 1st: “Welcome to Whoville” -Crazy Hair Day March 2nd: “Cat in the Hat”-Wear your favorite hat! March 3rd: “Oh The Places You Will Go”-Dress up as your dream job March 4th: “One Fish Two Fish”-Wear Red and Blue March 5th: “Fox in Socks”-Wear Wacky Socks
The second week of March will be a spirit week for Collage Day School Campuses. Students will take part in various opportunities to dress for different topics.
March 8th: Community Helper Day (Dress Like A Community Helper) March 9th: Tourist Tie-Die Day (Dress in Tie-Die or as a Tourist) March 10th: Wild Wednesday (Dress in Animal Print or as an Outdoor Explorer) March 11th: Athlete Day (Wear your favorite team’s colors or dress as your favorite athlete) March 12th: Optional Care Day for preschool-elementary
