Thanksgiving is upon us, and it is a time to share gratitude for all that we have. We are thankful for all of our families, students, and staff who support Collage Day School. We wish all of our families a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday and hope you use the break as a time to reconnect with loved ones.

We want to take this time to remind families of our safety and health regulations at Collage Day School. Please contact clark@collagedayschool.org if you have any questions. Collage Day School will continue to adhere to best practices to ensure our students’ safety and well-being.

  • Students will not be admitted to school with a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees. If your student has a temperature, at least 24-hours of being fever free without the usage of fever-reducing medications is required before re-admittance.
  • Students who have a communicable virus are required to have a doctor’s note before re-admittance.
  • Students sent home from school due to illness will receive a Communication of Illness Form with the next steps.
  • In the event of a positive COVID-19 case, the school will adhere to safety and health regulations deemed appropriate by the Department of Health.
  • Students who have a family member living in their home who tests positive for COVID-19 will need to remain home for 14-days. Preschool through elementary students who fall into this category will participate in distance learning.
  • Students who come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 are required to isolate for 14-days. Preschool through elementary students who fall into this category will participate in distance learning.
  • If someone in your household is under suspicion for COVID-19 or awaiting results from a test, your student(s) will be required to remain home until the results are received, and the next steps can be taken. Preschool through elementary students who fall into this category will participate in distance learning.
  • If your family is traveling outside of the country, we ask you to notify the Collage Day School leadership team for the next steps.
